These Terms of Service govern your use of the Queensferry Sports website and the purchase of products from Queensferry Sports.

By placing an order through our website, in-store, by telephone, email or any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, Production, Delivery & Collection Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications shown on our website are as accurate as possible.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography and normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product specifications may occasionally change without notice from manufacturers.
  • Product availability is always subject to supplier stock.

Where products are manufactured or supplied by third-party brands, product specifications, colours and designs may change without prior notice. Where a material change affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order has been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options, which may include:

  • waiting for new stock;
  • selecting an alternative product;
  • removing the unavailable item from your order; or
  • issuing a refund where appropriate.

Custom Products

Many of our products are personalised, embroidered, printed, bespoke or specially ordered.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details before confirming their order, including:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Squad numbers
  • Artwork
  • Sponsor details
  • Colours
  • Sizes

Once production has begun, or goods have been specially ordered on your behalf, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Sizing

Size guides are provided for guidance only.

Sizing may vary between manufacturers and product ranges.

Where possible, we recommend trying garments on before ordering, particularly where products will become personalised or specially ordered.

Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times provided on our website, in-store or by our staff are estimates only.

Whilst we always aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Collection Orders

Orders selected for Click & Collect will be held in accordance with our Production, Delivery & Collection Policy.

Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the collection period stated in that policy.

Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate the issue.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product images, text and designs, remains the property of Queensferry Sports or the relevant rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Queensferry Sports shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
