In-stock items

• Items held in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days

Made-to-order & personalised items

• Items that require printing or are made to order are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days
• This includes club and school items

Delivery & collection

• Orders can be delivered to your address or collected from our Queensferry store
  
• Collection is available once your order is ready for dispatch
  

During busy periods

• Dispatch times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we’ll always keep you updated

Standard (non-customised) items

• Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
  
• Returns should be requested within 28 days of delivery
  
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and checked
  

Personalised / club items

• Personalised items (including printed initials, names or numbers) are made to order
  
• These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty

Faulty or incorrect items

• If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible
